Digital Backdrop Designs:

Delivery Options: Clients have the flexibility to choose their desired turnaround time for digital backdrops:
- Same day delivery
- 24 hours after purchase
- 48 hours after purchase

Digital Favors & Custom Designs: Custom digital designs, including digital favors, will be sent to clients 2 to 3 business days after the purchase. Please note this timeframe is based on working days from Monday to Friday.
Printed Backdrops:

Design Proofing: Once we receive your order for printed backdrops, we prioritize your satisfaction. As such, we send the design proof within 24 to 48 hours of purchase for your review and approval.

Shipping:
- Once the design is approved, printed backdrops are shipped and typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days.
- We do not offer rush options for printed backdrop shipments. All orders are processed using our standard shipping method.
- We currently do not offer international shipping for printed backdrops.
